Work with us
Do you want to really make a difference to people lives? Working in a wonderful early years setting can be the way to do that. Your guidance and support are key to helping children develop not only physical and knowledge skills but also the attitudes that will stay with them for life.
With your help they become curious, independent and resilient learners. Their parents will be guided by your advice and professional knowledge and you and your team will not only provide superb care and education but could really change a family’s life.
We remain part of our children’s lives for many years, welcoming them back for reunions and recently as new members of our working team. It really does feel like you are part of an extended family.

Are you someone who values sustainability and the environment? At Beach Babies, we’re very passionate about reducing our carbon footprint and helping the planet and we’d love you to be a part of that. Each setting has a sustainability champion whose mission is to ensure that we protect the planet for our children’s futures. We focus on making sustainable choices, such as generating electricity from our solar panels, to only serving vegetarian meals (which alone, is equivalent to planting approx 3000 trees per year!).

We offer a £500 (full-time equivalent) bonus for any current staff members who refer a friend (after 6 months of them working with us).
“I can’t praise Beach Babies enough. My eldest attended for 5 months and my younger daughter has just moved up to the Pre-school room from the Toddler room. She has progressed so much and adores her days at Nursery and the staff there. I love all the provisions in place at Beach Babies, especially the outdoor provision and can see my daughter progress week on week.”
